AcquirePulse provides a platform that discovers undervalued software projects across various sources (including GitHub, Chrome Web Store, Product Hunt, app stores, and more), scores them by potential, and delivers curated opportunities to subscribers via a weekly email newsletter. Additional features may be available depending on your subscription plan.

2. Use of the Service

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use AcquirePulse and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform and newsletter content for your personal or business purposes.

Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, or republish newsletter content without prior written consent. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

3. Account Registration

Accuracy: You agree to provide a valid email address when subscribing to our service.

Verification: You must verify your email address to activate your subscription. Unverified accounts may be removed after a reasonable period.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Free Trial: Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

AcquirePulse, its branding, website content, and newsletter format are the property of AcquirePulse. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. The projects featured in our newsletter belong to their respective owners.
